Terms of Use

1. Service "AS IS"

The SunnyDEX service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of prices, quotes, or swap results.

2. Routing and third-party providers

SunnyDEX uses Jupiter (Jupiter Metis v1) for quote calculation and token swaps. We are not a liquidity provider and do not control the operation of the API or the Solana network.

We are not responsible for Solana network failures, Jupiter API or other provider failures or errors, delays, incorrect prices, failed transactions, or loss of funds related to the use of third-party services.

3. Risks

Trading and swapping crypto assets involves risks. You use the service at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost profits, losses, or damages of any kind arising from the use of the service.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SunnyDEX and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

5. Acceptance

By using SunnyDEX, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Privacy Policy

1. Optional Contact Information

We do not require KYC (Know Your Customer) or real names. However, you may voluntarily provide contact details such as Email, Telegram, or Discord handles in your profile. This optional data is used solely for account notifications, customer support, and platform features. We will never sell your contact information to third parties.

2. Blockchain Data

When you connect a wallet and perform swaps, the transaction details and your public wallet address are recorded on the public Solana blockchain. This data is public by nature and not controlled by SunnyDEX.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies and local browser storage solely to maintain your active session, save your UI preferences (like slippage or theme), and ensure the smooth operation of the application.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use basic analytics tools to monitor website performance and traffic. We also route trade data through third-party providers like Jupiter. These providers may have their own privacy policies regarding how they process routing requests.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable security measures to protect the optional profile information you provide, as well as your session tokens, from unauthorized access.
